We are committed to shipping your orders quickly and efficiently to ensure you receive your products as soon as possible.
Delivery Times: Once your order is confirmed, we prepare and ship it within 1 to 3 business days. Delivery times then vary depending on your location:
France: 3 to 5 business days
Europe: 5 to 7 business days
International: 7 to 14 business days
Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are calculated based on the destination and weight of your order. The exact fees will be displayed at checkout.
Order Tracking: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number to follow your package in real-time.
Return
1. Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with current legislation, you have a 14-day period from the receipt of your items to exercise your right of withdrawal without providing any reasons or incurring penalties, except for return shipping costs.
2. Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, the products must meet the following conditions:
Items must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged.
Items must be returned in their original packaging, with all tags and accessories.
Customized or made-to-order products cannot be returned.
3. Return Procedure
To initiate a return:
Contact our customer service at contact@nakashi.fr with your order number and the product(s) you wish to return.
Once your return request is accepted, you will receive instructions for sending the items back.
Carefully package the product(s) and send them to the address we will provide.
4. Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a tracked delivery service, as we cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged packages during the return process.
5. Refunds
Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be automatically applied to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that initial shipping costs are non-refundable.
6. Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges. If you need a different size or item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.
7. Defective or Damaged Products
If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us immediately at contact@nakashi.fr with photos of the affected item. We will provide instructions for returning the defective item at our expense, and we will send you a replacement product or issue a full refund, according to your preference.
