1. How to place an order on the Nakashi website?

To place an order, simply browse our website, select the products you wish to purchase, and add them to your cart. Once you’ve made your selection, click on the cart to complete your order. You can choose to create an account or proceed as a guest. Then, follow the steps to enter your shipping and payment information.

2. What payment methods are accepted?

We accept payments by credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express) and via PayPal. All transactions are secured with SSL encryption.

3. Can I modify or cancel my order after it has been placed?

Yes, you can modify or cancel your order as long as it has not yet been shipped. To do so, please contact us as soon as possible at contact@nakashi.fr with your order number.

4. What are the delivery times?

Delivery times vary depending on your location. In France, standard delivery takes between 3 to 5 business days. For international deliveries, it may take up to 14 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has been shipped.

Shipping costs depend on the destination of your order. They are automatically calculated during checkout and are the responsibility of the customer.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking link. You can use this link to track the status of your delivery in real-time.

7. What should I do if I receive a defective or incorrect product?

If you receive a defective or incorrect product, please contact us immediately at contact@nakashi.fr with photos of the product in question. We will provide instructions for returning or replacing the product.

8. Can I return a product if I change my mind?

Yes, you have 14 days from the receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal. Products must be returned in their original packaging, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

10. When will I be refunded after a return?

Once we have received and inspected the returned product, we will refund you via the payment method used for the purchase, within 10 business days. Initial shipping costs are non-refundable.

We do our best to keep our stock updated. If a product is out of stock, you will be notified during the ordering process. In that case, you can choose to be notified when the product is back in stock.

14. Can I customize the products?

Currently, we do not offer customization of our products. All items are sold as presented on the website.
